Your download links do not expire; however, each order includes up to 10 download attempts. If you have reached your download limit or experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to reset your downloads.
If you are contacting us regarding a previous order, please include your order number in your message so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Custom Words Notice
Effective June 1, 2025, we have officially discontinued our Custom Word designs.
Since 2015, we have created more than 1,300 custom arched and script word designs. Over the past several years, custom words became a major part of our business, and we are incredibly grateful for the support our customers have shown.
As our business continues to grow, we have decided to focus our time and creativity on developing new embroidery designs, collections, and projects for everyone to enjoy.
That said, there are still many previously created custom words that have not yet been listed on our website. If you are looking for a specific word, feel free to contact us. We would be happy to check our archives to see if we already have it available.
