Online Ordering:

Please feel free to order from our secure shopping cart 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you need to contact us please send us an e-mail to sales@katelynskreativestitches.com or if you need to speak with Customer Service our office hours are Monday thru Friday; 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. We can be reached at 318-572-1772. We are currently located in Bossier City, Louisiana, USA.

Payments Accepted:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

Personal Checks or Money Orders:

We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.

Shipping and Handling:

All of our products at Katelyn's Kreative Stitches are digital downloads. They are to be used for the creation of Machine Embroidery only and you must have software to use these designs. You should recieve a download link within 24 hours after your payment has been received. This link will allow you to download your files up to ten times. The links however, will not expire.

If you need your designs reset then I will need your order number in order to locate them.

Delivery Time:

You should receive a download link within 24 hours after your payment has been received. Download links are based on your IP address and can be tracked through our system. So please do not attempt to share your downloaded links with others. Sharing of these links and downloads are strictly prohibited!

If you do not receive your download links by e-mail then you may also retreive your downloads from your Order History. Login to your account, click on Account and then click on Order History. All of your previous orders will be listed here. You may also want to check your SPAM or JUNK folder before contacting us. To help ensure you receive all of our e-mails please add our e-mail to your address book. Our e-mail is sales@katelynskreativestitches.com

Refunds/Exchanges:

Due to the electronic nature of these item(s) no refunds can be offered. Resizing can, and usually does, affect the stitch quality. We CAN NOT be responsible for the results if any purchased files have been sorted or resized in anyway, shape or form.

Our Terms of Use Upon Purchasing:

Designs that are purchased or downloaded from Katelyn’s Kreative Stitches, CAN be stitched on items to be sold, but the designs themselves CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED, SHARED or INCLUDED on any design set. In addition, our designs MAY NOT be pulled apart to use certain elements of the design to create your own designs. If you have a specific request for a design element to be sold as a single design, then please contact us with the request so we may review it.

You MAY NOT contact another digitizer to create a copy of our designs in any way shape or form. Many hours go into digitizing our designs so Please Respect our Work! Our designs are solely for the purposes of machine embroidery and are not a license for reproduction of the images.

We ask that you please contact us about any concerns or issues that you may have with your stitched results, so we may review them and improve our products, if and when necessary.
